Avoid
the location is the only positive thing. IN boca grande, a lot of options, even to change hotel if you want
Very very noisy. If you have troubles if noises to sleep, forget this place Dirty The shower is very bad, not water pressure and no control over temperature I felt unsafe regarding the doors and the whole ambience. They do not take responsability over possible stealings, but the doors are very bad locked

What was the highlight of Hotel Toledo
Great location, good value but very basic
The reception staff and porters were very friendly, especially Claudio.
My room (321) was much more basic than the photos and felt dirty (the bed was OK). The bathroom also felt grubby and the sink was falling off (quite dangerous if you leant on it). You get what you pay for, it's right where all the expensive hotels are but very cheap. The pool looked filthy, I wouldn't let my dog swim in it!

Super cheap good location but run down and rooms can be a little cruddy
Cheap. Good easy convenient location. Pool was occasionally refreshing. Excellent water pressure in shower. Good wifi. Comfortable mattress and pillows.Most importantly cleaning staff did try to attend to the concerns or requests I raised so that was very appreciated and I let them and their manager know that directly.
Reservation said breakfast included but it wasn't and they refused to honour it from the booking screen shot I showed them. From the outset the guy at reception was uninterested, not really welcoming and didn't give up any info readily. The hotel and my room were very old run down.Sink nearly falling off and leaking, door full of holes didnt feel secure. Floor and bedside shelf were dirty. Shower and bathroom floor dirty. These were cleaned daily upon request but still not done well. Think their mop muat be old and they don't vaccuum. Pillows stank like mould. Towels old small and cruddy. These were all replaced immediately upon request. Bed very small. Room very small and pokey. Bathroom too small to dry yourself in. Pool is on the small side, not clean, quite greasy and gross at times. Sometimes they would close the pool by 8pm but thankfully you could ask them to open it or if you were already there they would leave it open. Floors throughout hotel sandy due to proximity to the beach I guess. Guy at tourism desk is pretty hopeless. Gives inaccurate or incomplete info but hassles you no end to buy a tour through him then when you want to provide feedback he shys away.

El aseo y las habitaciones son horribles/ the rooms are not clean at all, it's disgusting.
